Session description: Allowance of each project co-director to provide a brief status of assignments due Nov.2016 since the kick-off meeting for determining the status of each; Whether tasks are on track or if any will miss the projected deadline; Discussion of the project participants for sharing any special considerations that might effect other tasks or members of the project

Session description: Identify failures; Identify project bottlenecks; Develop options to eliminate them
 
3:30-5:00 p.m.  LET’S THINK ABOUT HOW THE END RESULTS OF THE PROJECT WILL IMPACT THE END USERS WHO BENEFIT DIRECTLY FROM THE PROJECT OUTCOMES.

·                  Giving time to project members to ask questions on issues that were not discussed.
·                  review the available information and ask each person for his or her opinion, input, ideas, interpretation, or for alternative solutions
 
10:30 – 12:30 p.m.  SUMMARY AND FOLLOW-UP ITEMS
Description: Project status summary and a list of action items identified in the meeting; Planning tasks for the next year; Conclude the meeting;We are sure that the project is successful; Reviewing the decisions, accomplishments, and action plans to make sure every decision will be carried out by a particular person within a particular timeframe
 
2:00 – 5:00 p.m.  DISCUSSION ON OPTIONS FOR THE NEXT PROJECT COLLABORATION
